The hotel was located in a good spot that was within walking distance to important sites. The room was well-maintained and spotless. the decor was lovely.

Not one thing

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. It is within walking distance to major transportation. Decor is aesthetically pleasing and staff is mostly helpful. Although there isn't an onsite restaurant, breakfast can still be found nearby. the room and bathroom were decently sized for a Japanese hotel, and amenities provided were useful.

The check-in process was confusing and took longer than expected.

I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is superb, as it is only a short walk away from the train station. This made it extremely convenient for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Despite the self-check-in system, they were always ready to assist when needed. They were friendly and helpful, even if they accidentally let me into the wrong room. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
